Open Bible Church (OBC) began in Kingston April 1, 2007, and was known as Open Bible Fellowship, yet was operating as a home church since 2004. Once in Kingston, we had space provided for us for free on Dalton Ave, and remained there for 4 years. When that opportunity closed, the Lord allowed us to find space on Queens’s University campus for the remainder of the year. During the summer of 2012, Pastor Allan was granted chaplaincy status and OBF was recognized on campus as a student based non-denominational church.

OBC now meets in the heart of downtown Kingston at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church, right beside Queen’s campus.

OBC is a ministry of Christian Perspective Ministries Inc., a federally incorporated registered charity with a board of directors which files an audited financial report each year, prepared by a chartered accountant. The finances of OBF are part of the overall income and expenses of CPM. The income and expense portion which is gathered through OBF will be made public at the end of the worship season in April. Other information is made public on the Revenue Canada website.
